Return and Refund Policy
At Shoppysite, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us via phone or email within 30 days of receiving your order to qualify for a full or partial refund, as applicable. Please review the details below for more information on our return policy.
Sale or Discounted Items
Sale or discounted items are final sales and cannot be returned for store credit or refunded to the original method of payment. If your refund request is approved, you will receive a refund minus a 25% restocking fee based on the product price. We do not subtract that fee for returns due to a product defect or an error on our part.
Returns
With our 30-Day Returns policy, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. All returned items must be in new and unused condition and in their original packaging.
General Return Guidelines
Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Condition of the Item: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
Acceptable Return Product Item Requirements
- Package: The item must be in its original packaging.
- Defective or Damaged Items: We accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. Please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving the item to initiate the return process.
- Incorrect Items Received: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item to arrange for a return and replacement.
Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service at support@Shoppysite.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a pre-paid shipping label. We aim to respond within 24 hours. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging. Download and print the shipping label and place it on the outer box.
Return Shipping Costs:
- For returns due to a product defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Note: Unsolicited returns sent to us without approval and communication will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive your item(s) in the required condition and manner, we will process your refund and notify you. We will initiate a refund to the payment method used for your purchase. Once the credit is processed, it should appear in your payment account within 10-12 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
For order refund inquiries, please contact support@Shoppysite.com. If your refund is not fully processed due to merchant issues, we will issue a bank transfer. We do not issue refunds through CashApp, Payoneer, Venmo, or other similar platforms.
Exchanges
We are unable to offer exchanges. You must return the item for a refund and then make a separate purchase for the new item. This must be done within 30 days of your order being delivered.
Restocking Fees
If your refund request is approved, we charge a 25% restocking fee of the product price. This does not include returns due to a product defect or an error on our part. If you have any inquiries, please email us at support@Shoppysite.com.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded or canceled.
