We aim for your satisfaction with every purchase, which is why we provide a 30-day return policy. This allows you to initiate a return within 30 days from the date of receiving your item.

Initiating a Return: To qualify for a return, your item must remain in its original condition – unworn or unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. Additionally, please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase handy to facilitate the process. To start a return, please contact us at support@shoppysite.com. We kindly request that you do not send back an item without first requesting a return, as we won't be able to accept it.

Upon approval of your return request, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package.

Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, we encourage you to inspect it immediately. Should you find the item defective, damaged, or incorrect, please reach out to us promptly. We're committed to resolving any issues swiftly to ensure your satisfaction.

Responsibility for Return Shipping: If you've mistakenly ordered the wrong product and need to return it, you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if we've sent you the incorrect product, we'll cover the return shipping expenses.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards. If you have any questions about a specific item, feel free to contact us.

Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange an item, the most efficient process is to initiate a return for the item you have and then make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: For shipments to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without stating a specific reason. Similar to our standard return policy, the item must be in its original condition – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please reach out to us at support@shoppysite.com.
